Rain falling now, sticking around through the weekend

ATLANTA — It’s going to be another wet day as rain from what’s left of Tropical Depression Nicholas moves through Georgia.

Showers and a few rumbles of thunder are possible over the next several days.

Severe Weather Team 2 Meteorologist Brian Monahan said some of that rain will be heavy in spots -- with 2-3″+ of rain possible by the end of the weekend in parts of our area.
