80s to 40s: Prepare for temperature to take a big drop as rain falls across North Georgia

ATLANTA — The clouds have moved in and rain is expected to start falling across North Georgia throughout Wednesday night.

Severe Weather Team 2 Chief Meteorologist Glenn Burns said the temperature will start dropping tonight and you will see a noticeable difference outside by Thursday morning.

Here is what you need to know:

  • Rain to fall across North Georgia throughout the night and into Thursday morning.
  • Showers will start to clear out Thursday afternoon.
