“I kinda also want him to be as creeped out as I am. If I walked around and my face was everywhere, I wouldn’t want to be around there,” Sydney told Jennings.

Sydney’s neighbor helped her plaster the fliers up and down their street after she says she’s seen the man looking into her home seven different times.

“The last time he was here, when I was talking to my neighbor on the phone, I had my face pressed against the window like looking to see if I could see him, and he was maybe a foot away like. I was shaking,” Sydney’s neighbor Sarah recalled.

Police said they are actively searching for the man near Myrtle and 7th Streets.
