MARIETTA, Ga. — Atlanta Braves fans are rallying to support their team as it heads to Philly.
Channel 2′s Michael Seiden was in Glover Park in Marietta, where the celebration for the Braves began.

The team faces the Phillies in Game 3 of the NLDS Friday.
Marietta Mayor Steve Tumlin is getting ready to kick off the festivities here. He has called on residents, businesses and visitors to come out decked out in their favorite Braves gear. In fact, they will be giving out awards for the best dressed.

Channel 2 spoke with a Braves fan about why she made sure to come out here and show support.
“I’m a big, huge Braves fan for like 40 years, and I’m excited to see us back in the playoffs, and I’m excited that Marietta has decided to put the rally together,” Donna Rypel said.
The Atlanta Braves will face off against the Philadephia Phillies Friday at 4:37 p.m.
