“Everybody is hit hard from it,” Anthony Moss, a resident, said.

It’s a small community, and neighbors in White, Georgia, greatly admired their mayor.

Anthony Morris worked with him at city hall, and said he had just spoken to Bell on Friday.

“He’s always got a smile on his face. He left out and Saturday morning I got a call saying he went,” Moss said.

Bell fell during a stunt. When he got up, another rider was in the air and came down and crushed him.
