WALTON COUNTY, Ga. — A Georgia man has been arrested for shooting and killing his own brother, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation said Saturday.
Investigators they were called to a shooting in Walton County Friday afternoon around 4:30 p.m.
Henry Thomas McDougal, 27, was taken to the hospital, where he died.

Deputies arrested James Lewis McDougal, 31, after he surrendered.
McDougal has been charged with murder, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
He’s being held at the Walton County jail.
Both brothers lived in Monroe.
The Walton County Sheriff’s Office asked the GBI to assist with the investigation.
