New Martin Luther King Jr. statue to be unveiled in Atlanta this spring
One of the artists of the sculpture, Kathy Fincher, discovered that the majority of King’s statues don’t show talking, praying, or seeking God. Which inevitably inspired her to portray the speech where King raises his hands to the sky for guidance.
