U.S. — If you have any pork sausage or bologna in your refrigerator, you should skip eating it this holiday season.
More than 10,000 pounds of these meats are being removed from store shelves and restaurant kitchens after the U.S. Department of Agriculture issued two separate recall notices.

The first notice specifically pointed to raw pork sausage products from Baltimore-based Impero Foods and Meats.
According to the USDA, this meat was produced without federal inspection.
The second recall deals specifically with 3100 pounds of ready-to-eat pork and bologna products from Ralph’s packing company.

USDA officials say the meat products are not labeled correctly and could contain milk, an allergen.
