MARION COUNTY, Ga. — The Georgia Bureau of Investigation arrested a man this week after illicit contact with minors online.
The GBI’S Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes (CEACC) Unit arrested 38-year-old Timothy Campbell of Buena Vista, GA and charged him with three counts of sexual exploitation of children, electronically furnishing obscene material to minors, computer or electronic pornography and child prevention, and child molestation.
After they were made aware of Campbell’s online activity back in October 2024, the Hart County Sheriff’s Office requested the GBI get involved to investigate his online contact with children.
