FOREST PARK, Ga. — Forest Park police have arrested one person and are searching for another in connection with a shooting that killed two people and injured two others during a motorcycle gathering.
Anthony Hearns and Isiah Mack were killed in the shooting.
Donnell McKnight, also known as “1HQ,” and Nigel Blackwood, also known as “Railroad,” face charges of malice murder and violation of the Georgia Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act.

Police said both suspects are part of the Outcast Motorcycle Gang and the victims were members of their rival, the Wheels of Soul Motorcycle Club.
They say the Wheels of Soul Motorcycle Club is based in Philadelphia, but is trying to establish itself in the Atlanta area.
“They don’t want to give up their territory and that’s kind of what led to the altercation,” Forest Park Police Chief Brandon Criss said.
Criss said that Blackwood and McKnight were the two people who were shot and survived their injuries. Both have since been released from the hospital.

McKnight appeared before a Clayton County judge on Wednesday who denied him bond.
More arrests are expected, according to investigators.
Police have also issued a cease and desist order against the business where the shooting happened and cited it for operating without a license. They say this is to prevent the business from reopening.
“The property owner has been cited, as well as the individuals who the property was leased to. These enforcement measures are intended to prevent similar incidents and reinforce public safety moving forward,” police said.
