Four people are accused of stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of items from a LaGrange home.
In January, LaGrange police received a report of a burglary at the home of the late Dr. Robert Copeland and his wife Virginia.
During the investigation, detectives connected this burglary with two other cases and uncovered evidence of a stolen car.
The stolen car was recovered along with over $250,000 worth of items taken from the Copeland estate.
Many of the items were personal property of the Copelands and held sentimental value to the family.
Tomi Michelle Hampton was charged with five counts of burglary and two counts of felony theft.
Harry King was charged with burglary and felony theft.
Daniel Hutchins was charged with four counts of burglary.
Howard Sims was charged with felony theft.
Police said the case is currently ongoing and additional charges may be brought against the suspects.
