ATLANTA — An 8-year-old girl reported missing by Atlanta police has been found, according to officials.

Samaunee Mosley, 8, was reported missing Monday morning.
According to APD, Mosely was last seen riding in her mother, Tychena Mosley’s car. The family tells APD, that 30-year-old Tychena Mosley suffers from schizophrenia and was having a ‘mental episode’.
APD said Samaunee Mosley was located in Riverdale and appeared to be OK.

Tychena Mosley was arrested and awaiting extradition back to APD Public Safety Headquarters. Tychena Mosley had active warrants for cruelty to children (second-degree).
The investigation is ongoing.
