ATLANTA — The Atlanta Police Department is investigating the shooting death of a man they say was shot multiple times.
APD officials said on Friday at 5:13 p.m., they responded to 1664 Kenmore Street in southwest Atlanta to a person shot call.

When they arrived, they found a 34-year-old man with gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to the hospital where his injuries were described as “critical.”
The victim was pronounced dead at the hospital. APD’s homicide unit arrived on scene to further investigate what might have led to the shooting.
