ATLANTA — Atlanta police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened Wednesday night.
Just before 9 p.m., officers responded to 1965 Rambling Lane to reports of a person being shot.
When they arrived, officers found a man suffering from a gunshot wound.

He was in critical condition and was later pronounced dead by medical workers at the scene.
Investigators with the Atlanta Police Department Homicide Unit responded to investigate the circumstances behind the shooting.
Their investigation remains open.
