Suspect known as ‘Trap’ wanted for assault, strong-arm robbery in southwest Atlanta

ATLANTA — Officers in Atlanta are searching for a man who allegedly robbed and assaulted a victim earlier this month.

On Jan. 3, at 10:39 p.m., officers were called to the 900 block of Lucille Avenue in southwest Atlanta regarding a strong-arm robbery.

Officers spoke with the victim who was robbed. The investigation revealed that the victim was parked inside his car when a man approached him.

The man who APD says goes by ‘Trap,’ approached the victim, physically assaulted him, then stole the victim’s cash and cell phone.

The suspect ran away before police arrived. The investigation is ongoing.
