Tennessee Titans player has Rolls-Royce stolen while parked at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport

CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — Atlanta Police are searching for someone who may have stolen a Rolls-Royce from a parking lot at Hartsfield-Jackson Airport belonging to a Tennessee Titans football player.

Police say they were called out to South Terminal economy parking lot around 2:30 p.m. to meet with Janoris Jenkins who said his 2016 Rolls-Royce was missing.

Jenkins told officers he parked the car as he was preparing to leave on a flight May 5. When Jenkins returned to the spot where the car was supposedly located Wednesday afternoon, he said the car was gone.

The 32-year old Jenkins, who has played for several NFL teams, signed with Tennessee back in March and is expected to compete for a roster spot with the Titans.

Atlanta police have placed a lookout for the vehicle and investigators are still trying to piece together how and potentially when the car was actually stolen.

Jenkins incident is one of several recent high-profile car thefts in Metro Atlanta this week.

Wednesday, Atlanta City Councilman Antonio Brown’s car was stolen while he was at an event in Southwest Atlanta.

Monday night, Hip-Hop star Akon was the victim of an alleged “slider crime” when his SUV was stolen from a Northeast Atlanta gas station.
