CLAYTON COUNTY, Ga. — On Monday morning, the power was out at the Clayton County courthouse and jail complex.
As a result, services at the county court were delayed until noon, according to the sheriff’s office.
Channel 2′s Tom Jones was told the power was also out at the county jail and is working to learn more about the situation at the facility.
According to the Georgia Power outage map, there were no outages in the area of the courthouse as of 1 p.m., though a comment or update from the sheriff’s office was not immediately available.
