A loud boom echoed throughout homes on Belcher Circle Thursday morning as law enforcement surrounded a home. Neighbors said they heard SWAT on loud speakers trying to get someone out of the home.

“You could hear them on their speakers like, ‘Come out with your hands in the air,’” said neighbor Yajaira Delvillar.

“I saw about 40 police officers. Maybe about 20 cars cause they were lined up. Busted the window, bam, then they took off running in there but didn’t come out with nobody,” said neighbor April Flemming.
