When they arrived, they found a white car sitting on the tracks.
Once police began their investigation, they learned the driver was found to be DUI (over 3x the legal limit).
Police said the driver “fortunately” was not injured nor were any other motorists “as a result of this driver’s reckless decision to drive while under the influence.”
Police arrested the driver, whose name has not been released, and booked them into the Cobb County Jail.
