EVANS, Ga. — A father got a traffic citation for allowing his unlicensed 12-year-old daughter to drive a golf car that was involved in an accident.
WRDW reports that the crash happened on Tuesday after 5:15 p.m. in Evans, Georgia.
The girl was driving a 2012 E-Z-Go golf cart when she tried to make a right turn into a private drive.

She lost control of the golf cart and its left front tire hit the curb, deputies said.
The girl and her 14-year-old passenger were both thrown out of the golf cart, which was redirected and struck a curb.
Both of the children were taken to a hospital by ambulance for treatment of their injuries.
