When they got there, they found Ezekiel Cooper, 34, with a knife. They say he was “behaving violently” and wouldn’t drop the knife.
Investigators say Cooper tried barricading himself inside a motel room.
After a struggle, Cooper bit one of the deputies arresting him. A second deputy was cut by broken glass.
