During Channel 2 Action News This Morning, the fire appeared to reignite as flames started coming through the roof and spilling out from doors on the top floor.

Channel 2′s Steve Gehlbach was at the complex where neighbors who live at the complex escaped out into the cold with the clothes on their backs.

Tye Smith told Gehlbach that the fire started in the back of the complex.

“If you go around to the back of this building, it’s actually like all the balconies are gone,” Smith said.
