GORDON COUNTY, Ga. — Three people are behind bars after Georgia deputies said they were trafficking meth.

It happened on the afternoon of Dec. 30. Gordon County deputies stopped a suspicious vehicle on Highway 41 near the Bartow County line.
According to the sheriff’s office, after searching the vehicle, deputies found a large amount of methamphetamine packaged and prepared for distribution.

Deputies arrested Jimmy McCoy, 62, Ashley Kelley, 39, of Resaca, and Pamela Arnwine, 32, of Ranger.
All three have been charged with trafficking methamphetamine and related offenses.
The GCSO said the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are possible.
