DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — All lanes of Interstate 20 eastbound are moving again after a three-vehicle crash them down for hours in DeKalb County.
Georgia State Patrol confirmed that a Greene County deputy and another driver were transported for injuries.

Triple Team Traffic’s Mike Shields reported the crash happened just before 2:30 a.m. Friday near the Panola Road exit. He followed the investigation throughout Channel 2 Action News This Morning starting at 4:30 a.m. until lanes reopened at 6 a.m.

Georgia State Patrol says an 18-year-old driver in a Kia Optima failed to move over in a work zone and crashed into the back of a Greene County deputy’s car. The impact sent the deputy’s Dodge Durango into a F-650 commercial truck.
Deputy Carter Cadwallader and the 18-year-old driver, identified as Jakori Cope, are being treated for their injuries.
Georgia State Patrol says Cope is charged with not following move over law and following too closely.
