A Loganville woman is behind bars and charged with a felony. Police said she provocatively danced on top of disabled men and posted the videos to social media for views and likes.

“When I watched it, disgusted is the only word I know,” Loganville Police Chief Dick Lowry told Channel 2’s Audrey Washington.

The TikTok videos appeared to show Lucrecia Kormassa Koiyan, 19, gyrating and twerking on top of two men.

The second video appeared to show Koiyan lift one of the men’s heads and put something in his mouth. The videos went viral.

“He is disabled and then making the video and posting it to social media for your own benefit is the exploitation of that person,” Lowry said.

Lowry said after securing a warrant, detectives arrested Koiyan on Tuesday morning at her Loganville home.

The chief said Koiyan might have been working for an in-home adult daycare program, though it’s unclear if she is licensed to do such work.

“She was brought to the police department, went through the booking process and booked at the Walton County Jail,” Lowry said.

On Tuesday afternoon, Washington went to the home to speak with anyone who knows Koiyan or anything about the reported incidents. No one answered the door when she got to Koiyan’s house.

As Washington left, a man came to the door, stuck out his tongue and told her to never come back.

Right now, Koiyan faces one felony charge for the exploitation of a disabled person.

But police said pending their investigation, she might also be charged for the actions involving the second man seen in the videos.

“We’re looking at both of them, but it is still an ongoing investigation,” Lowry said.

Police said the alleged victims are OK and are with their families and caretakers.
