DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — One man is dead and another is in custody after a shooting at a gas station in DeKalb County on Thursday morning.
Officers were called to Covington Hwy. just after 10:15 a.m. where they found a man who had been shot several times.

He was rushed to the hospital, but later died from his injuries. His identity has not been released.
Police say 20-year-old William Cooper is being charged with malice murder.

Police say the victim and someone else got into a fight at the gas station. They have not confirmed if Cooper was the other person in the argument.
They have not released any information on possible suspects.
