DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Officials say some drivers were held up early Monday morning on Interstate 675 in DeKalb County after a crash involving tractor-trailers.

Just before 4 a.m., DeKalb County police were called to the ramp from I-675 north to Interstate 285 east. When officers arrived, they found a crash scene with eight vehicles, including two tractor-trailers.
The crash caused chaos for drivers in the area. Triple Team Traffic said lanes were shut down for hours.

DKPD says it appears a tractor-trailer left its lane and hit the other vehicles. Four people, including the at-fault tractor-trailer driver, were taken to hospitals for their injuries.
The tractor-trailer driver, whose identity was not released, was cited for failure to maintain lane.
