RIVERDALE, Ga. — The Clayton County Police Department are search for a 6-year-old boy missing from Riverdale.
Authorities say John Ross III is nonverbal because of a developmental disability.
He was reported missing this evening from the 6000 block of Riverdale Road.
A Channel 2 photographer caught images of the police response nearby at an apartment complex Saturday night.
John’s described as 4 feet, 2 inches tall, weighing 50 pounds.
At the time of his disappearance, John was wearing blue shorts, with no shirt and no shoes.
Police say they are actively searching for the vulnerable lost child.
The Clayton County Police Department is asking anyone who may have seen John or has information regarding his whereabouts to call 911 immediately.
